Portal Digital Fund is a Cayman Islands-registered mutual fund managed by First Degree Global Asset Management Pte. Ltd., which holds a Capital Markets Services Licence for Fund Management issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Portal Asset Management Pte. Ltd. acts as Advisor to First Degree in respect of digital currencies and blockchain technologies.

The offer of Participating Shares in the Fund is made by First Degree pursuant to an Offering Memorandum dated 10 February 2020, a copy of which may be obtained from First Degree at [email protected].
